    Hello, I’m studying International Business at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. I am currently organising a seminar for which I need expats who meet the following requirements:

    – a full-time job
    – a foreign assignment for the same firm in a subsidiary abroad
    – currently and temporarily expatriate, planning to remain abroad for one year at least.

    The aim is to identify current challenges that expats face in multinational companies during their assignment abroad and to provide recommendations to guarantee the fulfillment of expats’ expectations.
    This project is based on a 15 minutes questionnaire sent directly by the university chair on 30th of May.
